摘要: Acrylamide was produced from acrylonitrile usingBrevibacterium sp in aqueous two-phase systems composed of polyethylene glycol and potassium phosphate. The biocatalysts were almost completely partitioned the phosphate rich bottom phase. inhibition active enzyme by both substrate product could be reduced favorable partition properties. Repeated conversions over five runs accomplished without a significant loss activity. yields acrylamide obtained top phase 0.736, 0.834, 0.865, 0.848 0.917 mol acrylamide/mol acrylonitrile, respectively.
