摘要: Abstract Antigen specific llama VHH antibody fragments were compared to antigen mouse monoclonal antibodies with respect specificity, affinity and stability. The the investigated shown be highly for protein hCG or hapten RR-6. of interaction between monovalent their is close nanomolar range, similar bivalent studied. Llama are binding in presence ammonium thiocyanate ethanol. results show that relative antibodies, extremely temperature stable. Two out six VHHs able bind specifically at temperatures as high 90°C, whereas four not functional this temperature. Together finding can produced yield Saccharomyces cerevisiae, these findings indicate near future used unexpected products processes.
