摘要: A 56-year-old woman with neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1) presented a left upper eyelid amelanotic nodule adjacent margin hyperpigmentation. Physical examination additionally revealed primary acquired melanosis (PAM) on the palpebral conjunctiva of same eyelid. Full thickness excision and conjunctival map biopsy identified desmoplastic melanoma in addition to invasive situ. Sentinel lymph node was negative for metastasis. She treated surgical topical mitomycin C melanoma. We discuss rare entity its possible association NF1.
