The study of client-provider interactions: a review of methodological issues.

摘要: In recent years, increased focus on the quality of family planning and other reproductive health services has led to a better understanding women's needs drawn attention program-client interactions as critical neglected dimension program effort. this article, relevant methods experience related studying client-provider within programs in southern countries are reviewed. The policy relevance work is highlighted first by stressing operational usefulness examining what happens when people engage with service-delivery systems that offer or services. Subsequently, content areas encompassed clarified identifying manifest latent dimensions distinguishing variables define these from their determinants consequences. Finally, review existing presented, examples research discussion ethical issues.
