摘要: In family planning programs good face-to-face interaction between the client and providers is key to meeting clients needs program goals. Programs can best improve client-provider (CPI) when they move beyond just training strengthen CPI continuously in multiple ways. Good communication forms a cornerstone of good-quality services have worked hard it. Most are trained professionals caring community members who want communicate well with clients.
