摘要: In family planning programs good face-to-face interaction between the client and providers is key to meeting clients needs program goals. Programs can best improve client-provider (CPI) when they move beyond just training strengthen CPI continuously in multiple ways. Good communication forms a cornerstone of good-quality services have worked hard it. Most are trained professionals caring community members who want communicate well with clients. Why then do sometimes receive inadequate information or suffer poor treatment? Relying on alone focusing exclusively while neglecting role consultations held back efforts CPI. What more do?
