Evaluation of Horibe traps for cryogenic collection, of hydrogen peroxide and methyl hydroperoxide

摘要: Abstract Efficiencies were measured for Horibe trap cryogenic collection of gas-phase hydrogen peroxide, (H 2 O ), and methyl hydroperoxide (MHP). The efficiency was compared to preconcentration using a standard vacuum with sampling. Gas samples collected in traps cooled two temperatures, − 85°C 196°C. interference ozone, ethylene sulfur dioxide the H MHP determined. Ozone added at concentration 110 ppbv peroxide consisting 0.5 plus 1.6 MHP. No statistically significant interferences either observed. After addition ozone 2.5 standard, 180 pptv average increase observed, no affect on levels. At same concentrations, absence produced amount average, detectable Addition 60 13 SO Standard 65% loss 3 gave 20% loss.
