摘要: Choroid plexus tumours are rare, with a peak incidence in the first two years of life. The most common location is lateral ventricle children, while adults it fourth ventricle. clinical manifestation signs and symptoms intracranial hypertension. They histologically classified as papilloma, atypical carcinoma. A review presented on choroid treated Hospital Sant Joan de Deu between 1980 2014. total 18 patients have been treated. An analysis was made demographic, clinical, histological data, treatment, recurrences. treatment choice complete resection, accompanied by adjuvant therapy carcinomas. In papillomas, use therapies controversial, reserving radiation for Papillomas good outcome, whereas papillomas carcinomas outcome poor.
