摘要: Disclosed is a method for manufacturing instant noodles using extruded noodles, with each noodle having hole extending therethrough in longitudinal direction, wherein the closes or contracts during boiling rehydration hot water and cross section of configured such that plurality grooves are formed rotationally symmetrically about center section, an outer radial direction from noodle.
