摘要: Se hace estudio ultraestructural del bacilo deHansen a 20.000 x en pellet y vacuola delnodulo hanseniano activo.Se observa su pared celular, membrana plasmaticamesosoma nucleoide. En citoestructurano se diferencia de otras bacterias ya seanestas Gram positivas o negativas. Solo lasdiferencia acido resistencia la cual le da suscaracteristicas tintoriales especiales ABSTRACT A structural study of Mycobacterium Ieprae is made at magnification x. We make the observation cell wall, plasmatic membrane, mesosome and nuclear body, similar to other bacteria. Only tintorial characteristic due alcohol acid resistance defines difference with positive or negative bacteria
