摘要: Se hace estudio ultraestructural del bacilo deHansen a 20.000 x en pellet y vacuola delnodulo hanseniano activo.Se observa su pared celular, membrana plasmaticamesosoma nucleoide. En citoestructurano se diferencia de otras bacterias ya seanestas Gram positivas o negativas. Solo lasdiferencia acido resistencia la cual le da suscaracteristicas tintoriales especiales ABSTRACT A structural study of Mycobacterium Ieprae is made at magnification x. We make the observation cell wall, plasmatic membrane, mesosome and nuclear body, similar to other bacteria.
