摘要: Imaeda, Tamotsu (Instituto Venezolano de Investigaciones Cientificas, Caracas, Venezuela) and Mitua Ogura. Formation of intracytoplasmic membrane system mycobacteria related to cell division. J. Bacteriol. 85: 150–163. 1963.— Mycobacterium leprae, M. lepraemurium , a sp. were observed with an electron microscope. In these bacilli, the three-dimensional structure consists tubular infoldings invaginated plasma membrane. The moderately dense substance, presumably representing cell-wall precursor, is found in membranous system, especially rapid growth phase mycobacteria.
