摘要: PURPOSE: To investigate the predictive value of ischemic lesion size, as depicted in acute stroke phase on diffusion-weighted magnetic resonance (MR) images and time-to-peak (TTP) maps tissue perfusion imaging, for infarct derived from T2-weighted imaging postacute phase. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Fifty patients who underwent within 1–24 hours after onset a follow-up investigation about 8 days were included. Lesion volumes evaluated by using semiautomatic thresholding technique. Volumetric results analyzed comparison with terms time difference between symptom initial MR imaging.
