摘要: An optimization method is developed for the design of intermediate die shapes needed in plane strain and axisymmetric forging operations. The approach based on backward deformation simulation using nonlinear rigid viscoplastic finite element shape techniques. advantage this that it has ability to determine from final product by applying constraints plastic material. This paper presents disk case studies demonstrate new procedures minimizing variations rates during a multistage operation
