摘要: Little is known about the experiences of mothers who become homeless. The numbers women with children in this situation are growing, most becoming homeless following domestic or neighbour abuse, breakdown family relationships. This qualitative study aimed to describe mothers' homelessness relation their mental health, support and social care needs. Twenty-eight dependent residing hostels were interviewed. experience was stressful, but viewed as a respite for many participants because they had experienced violence harassment prior stay hostels. Many described poor which related conditions traumas that before Their perceptions services available mixed. Some valued offered by staff other residents, majority felt there lack resources address difficulty coping homelessness, several said from an important source help. Services need work together meet multiple social, psychological housing needs these women.
