摘要: The scapula functions as a bridge between the shoulder complex and cervical spine plays very important role in providing both mobility stability of neck/shoulder region. association abnormal scapular positions motions glenohumeral joint pathology has been well established literature, whereas studies investigating relationship neck pain dysfunction have only recently begun to emerge. Although several authors emphasised relevance restoring normal kinematics through exercise manual therapy techniques, overall rehabilitation guidelines decent for patients with problems are lacking. purpose this paper is provide science-based clinical reasoning algorithm practical dyskinesis chronic complaints upper quadrant.
