摘要: A number of nutritional and biochemical properties more than 100 strains the oxidase-negative moraxellas (the Mima-Herellea-Acinetobacter group bacteria) were studied. These included range carbon sources that can support growth, utilization nitrate, production proteolytic lipolytic enzymes, reactions involved in oxidation sugars aromatic compounds. No evidence could be obtained for accumulation either poly-beta-hydroxybutyrate or polysaccharide as intracellular reserve materials. Of 158 different compounds tested, a whole use 85 sole growth. The spectra individual strains, however, differed widely, with from 17 to 74 alternative substrates. On basis 56 selected physiological characters used numerical analysis, collection divided into two major groups comprising at least seven less clearly defined clusters. Neither hydrolysis gelatin nor acid aldose was found reliable index strain affinities indicated by phenotypic although both some distinguishing between subgroups. For reasons are discussed, we propose placed genus Acinetobacter Brisou Prevot, which modified description is presented. A. calco-aceticus (Beijerinck) proposed type species, anitratum regarded synonym variety. present studies unpublished supporting provided M. Mandel on deoxyribonucleic (DNA) composition J. Johnson DNA homologies, it other species genus, lwoffi (Audureau) hemolysans (Henriksen), well one subspecies, haemolyticus (Stenzel Mannheim), recognized provisionally.
