摘要: Summary The first communication reported on the bacterial flora isolated from 4 different French non-carbonated bottled mineral waters with reference to colony counts, rough composition of and group gram-negative, yellow-pigmented bacteria. This second is a study Pseudomonas other gram-negative bacteria describes refined in more detail. A differentiation was achieved by means nearly 30 biochemical physiological tests. Altogether 467 strains could be subdivided into groups according their main characteristics: production fluorescent pigment, presence dehydrolase arginine, oxidative metabolism glucose alcalinisation medium. 261 belonging I ( facultatively arginine-positive) 18 II (non-fluorescent, arginine-negative metabolism) were easily identifiable. Group III 95 (no oxidation) IV 93 (alcalinisation media) heterogenic did not show evidence properties typical species. so-called “AAM” Acinetobacter-Alcaligenes-Moraxella ) differentiated basis 2 criteria: mobility oxidase reaction. distribution — including yellow pigmented then determined terms percentage each subgroup, as well realistic logarithmical presentation number colonies these groups. Each water has its own distinguishing “finger print”, although present all varying extent. analyses 1 3 weeks after bottling reveal any marked differences either respect counts or regarding representation In majority slow very growing this being physiologically for water.
