摘要: Fifteen strains from two emergent mineral waters were isolated and tentatively identified with API 20NE BIOLOG GN systems. These screened for their sensitivities to seven replication-inhibiting antibiotics of the (fluoro)quinolone group (nalidixic pipemidic acid, flumequine, norfloxacin, ofloxacin, pefloxacin ciprofloxacin). It was shown that direct viable count (DVC) procedure could be improved by using certain antibiotic cocktails, which active against isolates. Geometric bacterial features successfully determined image analysis adapted software (ICONIX, Perfect Image). Elongations significant allowed rapid discrimination inhibited non-inhibited strains. Particular isolates in a mixed culture characterized enumerated after only 14 h exposure appropriate cocktail. This method can also applied other communities, such as cultures bio-fermentors or food known microflora.
