摘要: Endogenous opiate peptides can regulate neuroendocrine and circulatory responses to behavioral stress may be important in the pathogenic effects of sympathoadrenal reactivity. We tested this hypothesis by examining effect antagonist naloxone on blood pressure young adults with high, medium, or low casual pressures. Naloxone increased mean arterial subjects pressure, but had no significant high pressure. These results suggest opioidergic inhibition sympathetic nervous system deficient persons at risk for essential hypertension.
