摘要: Abstract Three experiments demonstrate that inescapable footshock delivered to unrestrained rats produces analgesia as well performance deficits in subsequent one-way shuttle acquisition. Both the and antinociceptive effects are prevented by pretreatment with little 0.1 mg/kg i.p. of opiate antagonist, naltrexone. These studies suggest both mediated through receptors similar underlying naltrexone pharmacodynamics.
