摘要: Extracellular vesicles (EVs) are signaling organelles that released by many cell types and is highly conserved in both prokaryotes eukaryotes. Based on the mechanism of biogenesis, these membranous can be classified as exosomes, shedding microvesicles, apoptotic blebs. It becoming clearer EVs mediate signal transduction autocrine paracrine fashion transfer proteins RNA. While role including exosomes pathogenesis well established, very little known about their function normal physiological conditions. Recent evidences allude protective pathogenic effects depending precise state. In this review, we discuss involvement mediators neurodegenerative diseases cancer. addition, mediating Wnt PI3K pathways also discussed. Additional findings homeostasis disease progression will promote a better biological understanding, advance future therapeutic, diagnostic applications.
