摘要: Elimination of inflammatory T cells by apoptosis appears to play an important role in the down-regulation inflammation central nervous system. Here we report that lymphocytes occurs a similar extent different models autoimmune encephalomyelitis. Apoptosis is restricted located neuroectodermal parenchyma, thereby leaving present brain's connective tissue compartments unharmed. Death parenchyma does not depend on antigen presentation resident microglial or astrocytes. Adoptive transfer experiments with carrying specific genetic marker revealed system these are destroyed regardless their specificity state activation. Although many both antigen-dependent and -independent mechanisms induction T-cell may act simultaneously, our results suggest harbors specific, currently undefined, mechanism effectively eliminates infiltrating lymphocytes.
