摘要: Abstract Commercially available Nafion® membranes at present do not meet the requirements for high power density direct methanol fuel cell (DMFC) applications, amongst others factors because of their permeability. With aim improving membrane properties with respect to this application, a modification procedure has been applied recast Nafion®-based membranes. Membranes, containing different additives namely silicon dioxide particles (Aerosil®) and molybdophosphoric acid, are assessed regard conductivity permeation rate. The preparation samples involves introduction small amount boiling point solvent as-received solution then shaping by procedure. An enhancement thermally treated in comparison 117 is found. combined parameter rate samples, inorganic (Aerosil acid), decreases compared pure observed results discussed terms structure preparation.
