摘要: Abstract Objective: To discuss the diagnostic imaging findings of an empty sella in a chiropractic patient with emphasis on magnetic resonance (MRI) normal and abnormal pituitary appearances. Clinical Features: A 44-year-old woman started having headache, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea after argument her boyfriend. She had been treated for acute torticollis three weeks when new symptoms began. Consultation internist led to MRI examination cerebellopontine angles exclude acoustic neuroma. The demonstrated enlarged sella. There was no history tumor or other sellar disease. Intervention Outcome: complete remission 1 additional dizzy spell that occurred 3 days initial symptom.
