摘要: Abstract The anterior pituitary gland may exhibit high signal on T1-weighted (T1w) images and/or low T2-weighted (T2w) in several normal and pathological states. High T1w be seen fetuses, neonates, pregnant postpartum women. It also occur Rathke’s cleft cyst, craniopharyngioma, subacute hemorrhage, manganese deposition, melanoma, dermoid, lipoma. Low T2w calcification, cystic lesions, hemochromatosis, vascular lesions. These are described illustrated.
