摘要: The purpose of this investigation is to verify the existance a relation between specific gravity (SG) and watermass percentage (WMP) in vegetables nature. curves Solanum tuberosum (potato), Dioscorea sp (yam), Manihot utilissima (cassava) were plotted. procedure determination laboratory can be used as test industrial scale determine water mass nature that have uniform aspect through curve SGxPMA vegetable. This simple, economic, not destructive precise, so its easy introduce industries improve process has raw materials, once vegetable an important parameter. With application possible select materials make better productivity, allowing products bigger profit process, besides more homogeneous final products.
