摘要: Sweetpotato cultivars currently grown were selected essentially for their use in human consumption, with little regard other potential uses such as ethanol production or animal feed. The objective of this work was to estimate population parameters and genotypic, phenotypic environmental correlations associated these traits. Thirty-nine sweetpotato genotypes from the germplasm bank Universidade Federal de Lavras assayed a randomized complete block design trial 2 replications. estimated genetic (CVg) (CVe) coefficients variation, broad sense heritabilities (ha2) b= CVg/CVe ratio favor selection majority traits analysed, estimates generally higher than 9.52%, 1.44 79.31% CVg, ha2, respectively. For all pairs studied, genotypic had same sign, similar both magnitude level significance. In cases where significant, slightly those correlations, observed between total fresh root yield x percentage dry matter roots, leaves+vines yield, mean shape ratings general ratings. No correlation beetween measured density. recommendation sweet potato based on set studied characteristics (depending segment market be explored), will make possible precious vegetable resource, its more intense adoption national agriculture.
