摘要: A retrospective study was made of 38 selected brest tumours with a poorly differentiated in situ duct component. These were classified on haematoxylin and eosin (HE 10 cases), DCIS invasion (17 cases) features suggestive for stromal (11 cases). The last these lesions composed neoplastic ducts irregular outlines myoepithelial layer that not clearly evident or large growing close together surrounded by inflammatory desmoplastic stroma. Cases involving areas sclerosing adenosis included this category. Consecutive sections obtained from each case studied panel antibodies against cells (alpha smooth muscle actin calponin) basal lamina (BL) components (laminin type IV collagen). It found showed well-formed and/or an layer. lacking the invasive areas. Nine 11 cases reclassified as carcinoma (5 cases)and (4 according to absence presence continuous lamina. In 2 such immunohistochemistry yielded equivocal results label ”suggestive invasion” therefore pertinent. Immunohistochemistry facilitates diagnosis breast DCIS; markers are useful differentiating microinvasive ductal carcinomas breast.
