摘要: A silicone emulsion having a dispersed phase of an anionically stabilized hydroxylated polydiorganosiloxane and colloidal silica continuous water in which the pH is 9 to 11.5 provides elastomeric product, such as film or coating, upon removal at ambient conditions. The can be prepared by adding emulsified state thereafter adjusting within range inclusive with materials organic amine sodium hydroxide.
