摘要: The review considers papers published over the last 15 years that deal with presence in cells of some bacterial genera and species a second chromosome is smaller than main one (occasionally, two additional chromosomes). These chromosomes differ from set genes specific features replication; however, they carry vitally important for bacterium. role these their probable origin megaplasmids are discussed.
