摘要: This chapter concentrates on the mechanisms by which human papillomaviruses (HPVs) regulate viral transcription and replication during productive life cycle. The first studies examined concentrated bovine (BPVs) with hope that BPV-1 would serve as a useful model for high-risk viruses. While many similarities exist between two types, significant number of differences are also present. For this reason, author discussion HPV types refers to BPVs only when no information is available in system. In order understand how gene expression regulated infection, it important describe transcripts synthesized. One most remarkable features all early late polycistronic. E1 E2 proteins function may modulate expression. A detailed role these provided chapter. further interplay functions, discusses control detail. Given tight linkage amplification epithelial differentiation, likely cellular factors play roles.
