摘要: Human fungal diseases are largely a 20 th and 21 st century's phenomenon. Due to use of corticosteroids antibacterial drug, medical developmenta associated with increased risk for number disease. These nosocomial developments in invasive mycosis were paralleled over the last two decades by human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) pandemic, which has resulted an even larger patients at diseases. In past, differentiation pathogens was based on characteristics morphology physiology. Today, molecular biology conserved nucleotide sequences subunits spacer regions ribosomal DNA identification species level is possible. Rapid, accurate sensitive methods important tools treatment infections. Unfortunately classical diagnostic method staining stable, transitional mycology into era probably been more epidemiology than any other area inside field clinical mycology. The most challenging tasks ahead consist how apply our knowledge pathobiology new systems obtained recent prevention therapeutic intervention management patient.
