摘要: The selective catalytic reduction SCR is extensively used for NOx of recent HD-vehicles. There are some manufactures and applications as retrofit systems (mostly the low emission zones LEZ in combination with a DPF).ln charge Swiss authorities AFHB investigated several SCR-systems, or (DPF+SCR) on HD-vehicles proposed simplified quality test procedure those systems. This can especially be useful admission but it also helpful check OEM-systems.The project short name TeVeNOx "Testing Vehicles systems". All commercially available urea-water solution (Ad-Blue) agent (Exception was one special system retrofitting NOxOFF). tests were performed HD chassis dynamometers at constant operating points road circuit. investigations according to procedures established international network VERT*)dePN (de-activation, de-contamination, disposal particles & NOx) applied present TeVeNOx. During field measuring technics CO, CO2, HC, N02. For double-reactor CLD, electrochemical sensor Horiba MEXA 120 sensors (CPK) used. DPF vehicles nanoparticle filtration efficiency tested. ln cases partners (DINEX, EC-JRC) As general conclusions stated: foundations verification SCR-systems ; not active lower temperatures < 200°C SCR-testing vehicle has more importance than testing simple low-cost tool overall average rate depends profile - low-Ioad, cold operation interrupted (HEV) there efficiencies, no all Sampling impingers following analytics traces approximately 1 order magnitude sensitive Ammonia 3 orders Isocynic Acid. method an appropriate detect specific non-Iegislated components; "quick-check" nevertheless applicable. Summarizing stated that research works have shown new aspects.
