Occupational asthma in Korea.

摘要: Occupational asthma (OA) is the leading occupational respiratory disease. Cases compensated as OA by Korea Workers' Compensation and Welfare Service (COMWEL) (218 cases), cases reported a surveillance system (286 case reports related scientific journals confirmed Safety Health Research Institute (OSHRI) over 15 yr from 1992 to 2006 were analyzed. Annual mean incidence rate was 1.6 compensation 3.5 system, respectively. The trend appeared increase according system. Incidence very low compared with other countries. most frequently causative agent isocyanate followed reactive dye in dyeing factories. Other chemicals, metals dust also found agents. underreported data. In conclusion, more effective needed evaluate causes distribution, effectively prevent newly developing OA.
