摘要: PURPOSE OF REVIEW: Recent improvements in the methods for analyzing trends occupational health surveillance and prospect of future collecting sharing electronic data alongside increasing availability linked datasets make this a good time to review existing literature on allergy asthma (OAA). RECENT FINDINGS: There is notable lack reports recent OAA academic much published work comes from European countries. The incidence appears be declining based physician-reporting or recognized compensation claims countries with data. However, we need cautious interpreting as decline 'true' OAA. Few studies adjusted appropriately changes population at risk one most robust study designs showed no change allergic contact dermatitis contrast other studies. SUMMARY: Many have potential used examine trends, Canada show using databases surveillance. We hope that will encourage analysis, more dissemination, trends.
