摘要: Somatic cell nuclear transfer, the first established technique for producing patient-specific autologous stem cells, inevitably requires sacrifice of viable embryos. To circumvent serious ethical issues associated with this use embryos, researchers have developed several alternative methods production histocompatible cells. In our research, we used two to derive cells from murine ovarian tissue. First, by culturing degeneration-fated preantral follicles produce developmentally competent, mature oocytes and then parthenogenetically activating these acquire genetic homogeneity. Second, cell-to-cell interactions stromal without undertaking modification. We successfully derived manipulating primary early secondary in vitro, method has proved successful even retrieved aged ovaries. Furthermore, believe that it will be possible isolate directly non-germline tissue or other somatic If achieved, aims greatly advance development induced pluripotent technology, as well tissue-specific research. review, introduce relevant technologies establishing manipulation review current limitations of, future research directions in, biology.
