Prevalence of burnout syndrome in oncology nursing: A meta-analytic study.

摘要: Objective To determine the prevalence of high levels emotional exhaustion and depersonalization low personal accomplishment in nursing professionals oncology services. Methods A meta-analytical study was performed. The search carried out March 2017 Pubmed, CINAHL, Scopus, Scielo, Proquest, CUIDEN, LILACS databases. Studies using Maslach Burnout Inventory for assessment burnout were included. Results total sample nurses n = 9959. number included studies 17, with 21 samples meta-analysis 18 accomplishment. 30% (95% CI 26%-33%) 15% 9%-23%), respectively, that performance 35% 27%-43%). Conclusions are many presence risk among these staff members considerable.
