摘要: Abstract The purpose of this study was to analyze energy performance along with the effect on improvement in indoor environment and air quality through empirical case Full Energy Efficiency Retrofit (EER) Korea. To increase objectivity, changes before/after EER were measured compared various special equipment. implementation diagnosis, environment, measurement led derivation seven areas improvement. Considering efficiency cost, optimal full model alternatives based area selected, passive design techniques applied enhance during construction. After building EER, Predicted Mean Vote (PMV)/Predicted Percentage Dissatisfied (PPD) satisfied criteria (before EER: unsatisfied) regarding environment. Concerning quality, more than 30% observed all items except CO2, met. changing heat source equipment, by converting usage into carbon emission; it reduced 5.9% 2.7% a cooling/heating basis, respectively, approximately 12% ($14,000) annual consumption cost. This result is expected facilitate future activation mitigating uncertainty cost for demonstrating additional improvements related quality.
