摘要: A new micelle-mediated phase separation of metal ions to preconcentrate trace levels lead as a prior step its determination by flame atomic spectroscopy has been developed. The methodology is based on the cloud point extraction with PONPE 7.5 in absence chelating agent. chemical variables affecting sensitivity extractive-spectrometric procedure were evaluated detail, optimised and successfully applied saliva samples. Under optimal conditions, %E higher than 99.9 was achieved. proposed method showed linear calibration within range: 0.6–4 μg ml−1 Pb(II). 0.053 ml−1. human saliva. nature extracting species well location micelle studied. analytical performance clearly satisfies typical requirements for control processes.
