摘要: Dead recoveries of marked animals are commonly used to estimate survival probabilities. Band-recovery models can be parameterized either by r (the probability recovering a band conditional on death the animal) or f that an animal will killed, retrieved, and have its reported). The T parametrization implemented in capture-recapture framework with two states (alive newly dead), mortality being transition between states. authors show here also multistate imposing simple constraints some parameters. They illustrate it using data mallard snow goose. However, they mention because does not entirely separate individual encounter processes, must care reduced models, presence estimates at boundary parameter space. As show, allows use powerful software for model fitting testing goodness-of-fit models; affords implementation complex such as those based mixture information uncertain states Analyse de donne′es retour bagues a‵ I'aide mode‵les multi-etats La recuperation au deces d'animaux marques sert souvent estimer les probabilites survie.
