摘要: An active microwave-imaging system for non-invasive detection of breast cancer based on dedicated hardware is described. Thirty-two transceiving channels are used to measure the amplitude and phase scattered fields in three-dimensional (3D) imaging domain using electronic scanning. The 3D inverse electromagnetic scattering problem then solved order reconstruct distribution complex permittivity domain. an array architecture allowing a short acquisition time while maintaining high sensitivity, which important measurement accuracy reproducibility as well patient comfort. achieves receiver noise figure 2.3 dB at gain 97 dB. operating frequency range from 0.3 3 GHz. image one approximately 50 s created within 2 h single-frequency reconstruction algorithm. performance illustrated by analysis standard deviations series measurements simple example.
