摘要: Novel sensitive voltammetric methods for determination of herbicide metamitron were developed using polished and mercury meniscus-modified silver solid amalgam electrode (p-, m-AgSAE) boron-doped diamond (BDDE). It was found that yields one analytically utilizable reduction (AgSAEs) oxidation (BDDE) signal. All three tested working electrodes connected to different techniques be appropriate the analysis herbicide. The optimum conditions ascertained in Britton-Robinson buffer solution pH 2.0 (m-AgSAE, BDDE) 0.05 mol dm−3 H2SO4 (p-AgSAE), respectively, with limits detection 3.6 × 10−8 mol dm−3 (m-AgSAE), 1.0 × 10−7 mol dm−3 1.2 × 10−6 mol dm−3 Calculated values relative standard deviations repeated determinations (n = 5) various concentration levels did not exceed 5 % either electrodes. Finally, practical applicability newly proposed verified by pesticide preparation spiked river water.
