摘要: Abstract Two vibrational spectrometry-based methodologies were developed for Metamitron determination in pesticide formulations. Fourier transform-middle infrared (FT-MIR) procedure was based on the extraction of by CHCl 3 and latter peak area measurement between 1556 1533 cm −1 , corrected with a two points baseline established from 1572 to 1514 cm . transform-near (FT-NIR) made after acetonitrile measuring 6434 6394 cm using defined 6555 6228 cm Repeatability, as relative standard deviation, 5 independent measurements at mg g concentration level, 0.16% 0.07% MIR NIR limit detection 0.03 0.004 mg g obtained NIR, respectively. provides sample frequency 120 h higher than that found liquid chromatographic methods (60 15 h respectively). On other hand, method reduces solvent consumption waste generation, only 1 ml per compared 3.4 ml chloroform required 60 ml used reference procedure. So, procedures can be considered serious alternatives long time consuming usually recommended quality control commercially available
