摘要: This paper considers the issue of population growth and its impacts on employment change at a regional level. Specifically it addresses question: What are associations between shifts in share across Australia we witnessing associated with widely observed to so-called sun-belt states? It attempts answer this question by up-dating an earlier analysis using newly formed spatial units - functional economic regions (FERS) recent census data. finds that while there is some broad aggregate growth, once sectoral undertaken, linear association changes less clear-cut.
