Modelling bryophytes distribution pattern using environmental parameters of Iran in Geographical Information Systems (GIS): a case study of three genera Tortula, Grimmia and Bryum (Bryophyta)

摘要: In the present study, a modelling approach based on Geographical Information Systems (GIS) analysis is presented with aim of identifying influence environmental parameters three genera, namely, Tortula, Grimmia and Bryum as representatives Iranian bryoflora. By using ArcGIS Desktop, we produced model for variables include altitude, precipitation, temperature humidity. To test model, surveyed effect selected geographical including latitude, annual mean maximum, minimum, temperatures humidity distribution pathern these genera. Within 108 localities, 52 samples (48%), 33 (30%) 24 Tortula (22%) were recorded.
