摘要: Current trends in participative democracy suggest that the use of stakeholder involvement decision making will increase next decade and beyond. The evolution towards is driven mainly by stakeholders? expectation to participate on issues affect them. current view international radiation protection organisations stakeholders have a right making, but changes system only occur slowly through build up positive experiences appreciation benefits provided involvement.The already been observed ranging from new nuclear dealing with radiological emergencies, unsuccessful programmes also observed. In order integrate further into it important incorporate implement lessons learnt both successful programmes, understand when can be applied.
