摘要: We present 6 cases with dissecting aneurysm of the intracranial vertebral artery who developed subarachnoid haemorrhage (SAH). The following procedures were performed in this series; trapping involved 2, proximal occlusion detachable balloon and clipping 2. Proximal 4 one gave excellent results. believe treatment choice is artery, either by open surgery or interventional neuroradiological procedures.
