摘要: A flow injection spectrophotometric method based on furosemide reaction with potassium permanganate is described. system using as carrier a 3.0 x 10 -4 mol/l solution was developed. This used 50 cm sample loop and 100 reactor, which kept at 50°C. The rate 2.2 ml min -1 . analytical signal the bleaching of solution, caused by between permanganate. detection 550 nm presented linear range from 1.0 to 6.0 mol/l, calibration equation equals y = 587.5x + 0.09 (in r 0.995, n 6), limit (3σ/slope) 1.1 -5 mol/l. proposed applied commercial samples three different brands, tablets ampoules. It an adequate frequency (40 measurements per hour), results according labeled values.
