摘要: The aims of this work is to develop and validate an alternative analytic method by spectrofluorometry for the quality control Furosemide in solid pharmaceutical forms based on native fluorescence molecule acidic medium (?Exc.= 280nm ?Emi.= 410nm). This allows determine a buffer solution potassium chloride-hydrochloric acid 50 mM (pH 2.0) range 1.45x10-7 1.51x10-5 mol L-1 (4.5 5000 ng mL-1), with estimated detection limit 4.84x10-8 -mol (1.5 mL-1). proposed offers, as competitive advantages comparing official reported United States Pharmacopeia (USP 29), its simplicity, low cost frequency analysis, around 20 samples per hour.
