Spectrofluorimetric determination of anthranilic acid derivatives based on terbium sensitized fluorescence

摘要: Terbium sensitized fluorescence was used to develop a sensitive and simple spectrofluorimetric method for the determination of anthranilic acid derivatives furosemide mefenamic tolfenamic acids. The makes use radiative energy transfer from anthranilates terbium ions in alkaline methanolic solutions. Optimum conditions formation anthranilate–Tb3+ complexes were investigated. Under optimized conditions, detection limits are 6 × 10–9, 1.4 10–8 9.0 10–9 mol l–1 furosemide, acids acid, respectively. range application is 2.5 10–8–5.0 10–5 all three drugs. successfully applied serum after extraction samples with ethyl acetate, evaporation organic layer under stream nitrogen at 40 °C reconstitution residue solution prior instrumental measurement. mean recoveries spiked (5.0 10–7, 2.0 10–6 8.0 l–1), (3.0 10–6, 3.0 l–1) (3.1 12.5 96 ± 8, 101 5 98 7%, within-run precision (RSD) two each drug varied 2 8% day-to-day concentration levels 13%.
