摘要: Sheila C Vir , MSc, PhD, is a senior nutrition consultant and Director of Public Health Nutrition Development Centre, New Delhi. Following MSc (Food Nutrition) from University Delhi, Dr was awarded PhD by the Queen’s Belfast, United Kingdom. Dr. Vir, past secretary Society India, recipient fellowship Department Social Services, UK, Commonwealth Van den Bergh Award. worked briefly with Aga Khan Foundation (India) later UNICEF. As Programme Officer UNICEF for twenty years, provided strategic technical leadership policy formulation implementation programmes in India.
